In my previous article "What is a Blog ?", I mentioned that the Blog works like a website, but it quite easy to make a Blog, than a Website, You don't need to understand "What is HTML, CSS, JAVA SCRIPTS, Or other languages". Now a days, it is very simple to create a blogand it don't take a little PENNY from you, Yes, Its total free of cost.

(in fact you can make some money from blog - we will learn in upcoming articles).

Today, there are so many Platforms who provide Free blogging, It is your choice to choose one or more of them, you can create many Blogs on any platform. Here I am providing you a list of Blogging Platform. This list is not arranged as per TOP Platform. Its should be consider as a list only (not ranking).

Now let's see "How to Create a Blog"

Just choose a Platform, I will go with Blogger. Open Blogger.comand Log in with your Google username and password, after log in you will see a link "Create New Blog", Click this link.

Note:- Don't waste your time to think much about the new blog, just create as an example, it does not matter what should be the title, address and template; We are creating this just to learn how it works. You should create your personal Blog after learning everything. This example Blog will work as a Practice Blog.

After click on this link a Pop Up window will open which ask for-

Title, Address and Templates:-

Title                   (for example - I want to be a Successful Blogger)

Address            (like - http://krishna-ahire.blogspot.com)

Tamplate           (choose any one, which you like, you may change it later, so dont worry about this)

Here we go, Its done !!!

Today I will tell you about how you can give a complete website like interface for your Blogger's blog by Creating Pages.

One of my friend told me that when he was just surfing the web normally and reading some useful information on the internet, he just saw a blog containing some pages like any professional website. These pages were tagged as "About Me" & "Contact". So he asked me, Can I create / add pages like this one.

My answer was - Why not. You and any blogger like you can create website like Pages for their own blogs. 

Blogger.com has introduced this feature back in February 2010. This was a revolution in Bloggers industry. Now any blogger can give a professional look to his/her blog. This feature gained a lot of positive feedback from Blogger's user and it still on the top most valuable part of any blog.

This feature lets you easily publish static information on stand-alone pages. For example, you can create an About This Blogpage that discusses the evolution of your blog, or a Contact Mepage that provides directions, a phone number, and a map to your location. 

So Let's see how it works on a blogger blog.

First you have to Log-in to your Blogger's Account and select the blog on which you want to create pages.

After selecting the blog, you will be redirected to its overview page. On this page, there are some useful links you can find on the left side bar like Posts, layout, settings and so on. You can find a link to "Pages" listed in this list. You may take help of image given here to find out Pages Link.

After going through this link you will be redirected to its internal page where you will see a "Home" already listed here. It represent the very first page of your blog that is your blog address likehttp://rich-bollywood.blogspot.com

There is a button up there reads "New Page" with a drop-down menu symbol. If you want to create a page so have to drop it down and you will find two options 1. Blank Page & 2. Web Address.

1. Blank Page - When you create a Blank Page, you will redirected to the same position when you create a new post. Where you type Page Name instead of Post Title and whatever you type in the Text Box will be published on the Page. You can name your page as "About Us" and in the text box you may provide the information about your blog. Now on your blogs home page visitor can see a link of "About Us" and when he/she clicks on it they will redirected to the attached page. You can do this as you create a new post. Its so simple. Isn't it?

2. Web Address - When you select this option, a popup window opens and ask for the text and a link. In the text box whatever you type will be the page name and in the link box, you have to mention a link. for example in the Text box you may type Earn Money Online and in the link box you can provide this link http://www.MyEarningSecrets.com. So you added a page on your blog which read Earn Money Online and when someone clicks on it, he/she will be redirected to http://www.MyEarningSecrets.com website.

Note:- Do not forget to "Turn on" the "Don't Show" option. Here you can select where you want to show pages link. You may select on Top Bar or the Side Bar.

So, what are you waiting for, just create some wonderful pages for your blog and give it a professional look.

Candy Crush becomemost popular game to play on Android platform nowadays, but the sad part is, it allows only 5 lives a time to play. If you lost all of your 5 lives then you have to wait half an hour to collect each new life. That means you have to wait at least for 2 and an half hour to collect all of your 5 lives back.

I know that the waiting is so boring in life. The games are made to pass the time and this game make us wait to play. Disgusting. Isn't it?

So friends, here I am presenting you the trick to have unlimited lives to play Candy Crush Saga. In Actual it not unlimited lives but the trick will destroy the waiting time which goes to active new lives. Yes now you do not have to wait to activate your new lives.

Here is the Trick -

From now whenever you play Candy Crush Saga, just play it as usual and when you lost your all the lives, do not wait for new life to be activated. Instead just clear all the cache memory of your Android phone and then set your phone time more than 3 hours from the current time. for example if the real time is 11 AM when you lost all of your lives, set your phone time to more than 2 PM after clearing all the cache memory.

Now restart the Game and you will have all of your 5 lives activated. Have fun for another 5 lives. You can repeat this method as many as times you want to. This trick is also can be applied to the "Quest play" to unlock new stages. It requires 24 hours to unlock each Quest, so you will need to set your phone time more than a day. That's it. This is the only weapon to attract your reader and generate more and more followers / subscribers. You can say that the Blog Content is the life of a Blog. People do search for Topics, get Attract by Titles but after all they need a good Blog Contents.

After choosing a Topic, you just need to do some research about this and make sure about its branches. This will help you to writegreat Blog Contents. For example- I have chosen a topic for blogger help, so now I need to do some research about bloggerpriorities. What they want from me or What can I share with them.

So, I researched and what I got is -

We can take an another example. If your blog topic is about Health & Beauty, then you must write some content about treatment and precautions to get a beautiful body. You may write articles about Home remedies for Beauty Problems like Acne, Pimples, Black Heads, Tanning, Dandruff, etc. you may add some tips to improve health & beauty. Only one thing you should keep in your mind is to provide a healthy and applicable information, providing false information will be very dangerous for your blog health. If you write a healthy content and someone reads your content and then he/she got some improvement after applying your tips, he/she will definitely be thankful to you and recommend your contents to other friends too.

It means The content is a weapon to generate more visitors as well as more revenue for your Blog.

Now, you know about how contents should be created, but one thing still remaining, The Writing Skills. Suppose if some one visits your blog and find some useful information but he is not understanding the way of writing. He will leave your page within 5 seconds.

To make sure your reader do not leave your page, you must work out on yourwriting skills. First you should choose the topic for content and write down everything which you know about that topic. Then read it as you are reading on other blog, You will come to know about the useful and useless contents, You may work on useless contents or just remove it. And then just give a final touch by sorting the remaining content in a easy, step by step paragraphs. You Must keep your writing styles and use of vocabularies very easy for reading, so readers can understand what you want to say. If they will understand you, they will keep visiting your blog.

"I know that you want to be a successful blogger because you want to earn some money out of it. It's true, but it is my advise to you that you should not think about earn money and you will earn a lot of money"

Let me explain - If you think about earning money in the beginning, you will think or search about the money making hot topics, may be you think blogger's help is good topic to write about, because there are a lot of bloggers around the world and they search for some tips as you are searching right now. And you will start a blog on bloggers help. But just think about it, if you don't know about blogging, how will you give some tips to other new bloggers?

First you need a Subject, a Topic to write about. This topic could be anything that you want but I will suggest you to choose a topic which do relate to your interest, your hobbies or your skills.

Choosing a topic of skills is the best thing for blogging. You can share your skills, your ideas to the open world. You only need to think about reader's interest.

Don't choose a topic in which you are so sensitive. 

Don't choose a topic on which you can not debate.

Choose a topic in which you have lots of interest.

Choose a topic on which you can research for new things.

Choose a topic on which you can help your readers.

But again I want to say the topic should be according to public interest too.

So, first you need to look into yourself and discover yourself,throw out your internal talent to the world.

Now I want to clear your doubts about earning from blog. I told you not to think about earning. If you choose the right & interesting topic on which you can help your readers, then you no need to think about earning, because if your blog interesting and people findings interesting topics which helping them, So they will come again and again and also recommend it to others.

The Title of any blog post is the most important part of the blog, because when some one do search on Google or other search engines, the results comes with Blog Post Titles. So, it is veryimportant thing that you should have more care about choosing an effective Blog Post Title.

How to choose an effective Blog Post Title ?

First you should write down all the titles which can be a good title for your posts, write down at least 15- 20 titles. Now do a search on Google for all of your titles and look care fully at the results, and make your title different from the others. It will help your post to be listed on top results.

Try to write a keyword based title. These titles generally uses a question. What I mean is - suppose you are a visitor and looking for some help to format your computer. So, how will you search for help, isn't it will like a question that is "How to format a Computer". Most of the people do search like this, so you can title you post as "How to format a computer - 5 easy ways". Do not title your post as "5 ways to format computer", your post will have a less ranking as well as a less Click Through Rate.

Try to write a Subjective Title. Post title must be related to the content / article. This is true that visitor being attract by your Post Title but stay for a long time if he/she finds related content under it. If you give a fake title to your content, it is possible that people visit it but it is for sure that they will not stay on your blog and also will not visit your blog in the future.

Try to write a Short Titles instead of long and deeply described titles. You have blog content to describe your words, you should make your title short, readable and very much related to the article.Be aware of grammatical mistake. Google generally displays 65 letters of title in its search results, so it will be batter if you limityour blog post title up to 65 letters.

Today we will learn about designing the layout of Blog.

First, we should know that what are the parts of a Blog (as per design matter). There are mainly Four parts of a layout i.e. Header, Footer, Blog post and Side bar.

Header -

This is the place where you can see your Blog's Title and Description. You can also put up any image to look it better. For example you can create and show your Blog's LOGO on Header.

Footer -

Generally we all should use this to write about our contact us section, copyright message and Links to our profiles on social media,

Blog Post - 

How to design a Blog ???

The all articles that you will write in your blog, will appear here. You can modify it by displaying 1 - 7 post on a page, if you choose more than 1 post, then it will show that no. of post with short description and then the reader will click on his/her desire article. If you set it up on only 1 post to display then, It will show only latest Post on the home page and the reader can use the archives to go for other articles, however, you can manage which post to display on home page. (It's a trick, I will explain it later)

Side bar -

I think this is the most powerful weapon to get success in blogging. As Neat as your side bar will, your blog get as much as success. Most of people use side bar to display archives and Adsense Ads only, but I think it is a great place to interact with your readers. Before setup a side bar you should make a list of things which you want to display on side bar. There can be so many options, you only need to choose the right one.

Here we go. You setup your Blog's Layout. But, wait a minute, If you need my opinion to design a good layout then you should read the below matter:

You all are smart enough to use Header and Footer, but when it is about post and side bar, you should be aware of wrong things. Inblog post Always show at least 5 posts, So reader will read all the titles of your article at a glance. Suppose you set up only 1 post on home page, a reader visited your blog and he/she did not find something as per his/her interest then it is 90% of possibility about closing your blog instead of browse for other articles, but if you setup at least 5 posts on home page, may be one of them touch the reader's interest and after reading that article he/she will definitely browse for more useful articles posted by you.

You Should also display a comment box below your article (you can show/hide this box from post settings), If you show the comment box, it will too easy for any reader to write their opinion about your article. It could be both things, some people will appreciate your work and some could show mistakes. The both things are very useful to be a successful blogger. The appreciation will give you positive energy to write some thing more interesting and more useful and you can use detractive comments to improve your skills, Just need to know where you made mistake (This will be a good teacher).

Side bar is a place where reader interact more than other places, Readers search for articles (they know the article should be listed here). So you must set up your Blog's archive on Blog's Side bar. You should set up a search bar also to helping reader to browse your blog easily, because some time it takes time to search for what they are searching, may be they don't find it while your blog have, so in that case this search bar will help them to find anything easily.

You must setup a subscription tool, if any reader liked your blog they will search for this tool to subscribe your blog, this will send email to reader about your newly published article, so they would come again to your site and read what you wrote this time. Yes, itgenerates more visits.

If you take care of these easy things than you will never fail in blogging and you will be definitely a Successful Blogger.

When I finalized that I will write my first blog on "BLOGS", for helping other to get familiar with blog & it's uses, then I got confused about writing "Where to start" What to Write" because the blog has it's own very broad wings. It is not easy to bend it in a few words. So, I thought, the starting must be from an introduction about blogs.

In simple terms, a blog is a website, where you write stuff on an ongoing basis. New stuff shows up at the top, so your visitors can read what's new. Then they comment on it or link to it or email you. Or not.

The personal blog, an ongoing diary or commentary by an individual, is the traditional, most common blog. Some sites, such as Twitter, allow bloggers to share thoughts and feelings instantaneously with friends and family, and are much faster than emailing or writing.

A blog can be private, as in most cases, or it can be for business purposes. Blogs used internally to enhance the communication and culture in a corporation or externally for marketing, branding or public relations purposes are called corporate blogs. Similar blogs for clubs and societies are called club blogs, group blogs, or by similar names; typical use is to inform members and other interested parties of club and member activities.

My point of View:

Yes, Blog is like a diary, I admit both the big organizations. But it is not a personal diary. Most of us have their own personal diary at home, we write our daily happenings, what we like / dislike, what we did special today etc. and of course we don't allow anyone to read out Personal Diary. But in this case we want more and more, thousands of thousands reader for our blog. So, it is like a diary but not like a personal diary.

My above statement is fit for 99.99% bloggers, but there is also 0.01% blogger exist, who need privacy for their blogs. Yes, it could be a private Blog. In other words, A blog can be a personal diary too. In fact  you can choose the people who can read and others can not. In a simple way "you can give authority to your friends/family/relatives or anyone you like to give, about reading your blog."

There is no difference between a Blog or a Website, In fact the blog is quite easy than creating a website. No need to learn html or other languages. It work just like a website, you will have a URL link for your blog like this one - my blog URL link is http://SearchMSKM.blogspot.com and also you can have your own domain name for your blog, just need to redirection. The Blog is a digital diary in which you can write your daily routine, your thoughts, your reviews about any products, store your favorite articles, spread little home business etc.

I know, you are getting crazy to publish your own blog, but wait, In my opinion you should understand it in more better way. Let's see it with an example, you do study for whole year, just to pass-out a little 10 days exams, all the year You do hard work, do practices, doing preparation for your exams. Apply the same formula here, first you need to be prepared. understanding the Blog is not everything, there are some more things to learn before publishing a Blog.
